| Mike & Steve Roberts Break Ground for Roberts
Place. This project will include twenty-six new environmentally
sustainable single family homes. The homes will feature Geo-Thermal
energy systems and Polysteel Insulating Concrete walls. Homeowner's
monthly energy costs will be less than $100. The project also includes
renovation of the historic Enright School into 70 apartment units. |

| ROBERTS TOWER AT MAYFAIR PLAZA is one of the
Roberts's most aggressive development projects. The first new
residential construction in downtown St. Louis in 40 years, the
twenty-four story tower will include 50 luxury condominiums. Roberts
Tower is being designed to achieve GOLD LEED (Leadership in Energy
Efficient Design) by the US Green Building Council. Expected completion
is late 2008. |
