The first new residential construction in downtown St. Louis in 40 years, the twenty-four story tower will include 50 luxury condominiums. Roberts Tower is being designed to achieve GOLD LEED (Leadership in Energy Efficient Design) by the US Green Building Council. Expected completion is late 2008.
